I stopped here while I was traveling and ordered my drink iced but they made it hot. I told them and it?s like they just filled... a cup with ice and poured in the hot drink. I really like starbucks and its one of the best coffee shops, I went more than 100 stores in different countries, everytime I... get the perfect service and good staff, but I really hated this starbucks because (Nightshift, this Friday 18th Nov, they toldus to leave because they said we smoke, and we didnt even smoked, I always vape in all starbucks stores and nobody told me itsnot allowed, other places says its not allowed because they put a sign that says that, this starbucks doesn't even have a signthat says (No vaping) I really hated starbucks because of this horrible Nightshift. A very nouveau Starbucks. The food case was a wreck. They only had Pike's place coffee. They did have some of the single origin... for sale only by the bean. I kind of felt bad even asking them to grind it up because they just seemed like they wanted to caterto the drive-thru. We were just passing through, but if this one was in our neighborhood we would probably not come here thatoften. Read more

It's great to have Starbucks back in Kingsville! The staff are always courteous to us customers. I've had an issue twice to... where I was given the wrong size drink but it was rectified rather quickly and with great customer service. Keep up the goodwork! Looks like I'll be taking my 5 star review back. I understand being busy and all, but there is no reason whatsoever forgiving a customer a filthy cup, the wrong size, and the drink is barely filled. This is the worst service that I've receivedfrom Starbucks. I'm pretty sure you guys can do better than this. And here we are again 1 yr later. This Turkey Bacon sandwichlooks horrible. My bacon is burnt, the cheese looks glazed. My sandwich looks diseased. This is horrible! Read more
