Some how they can never get the order right. I didn't know a simple burger with only cheese mayo and ketchup (nothing else) was... so hard to do. But at least their patties have actual flavor. Read more
All I had ordered were two small shakes, two fries and an apple pie and it took 30 minutes for it to all come out. The worker... forgot my fries and then proceeded to forget my apple pie as well. Unbelievable. Maybe the worst Whataburger in the districts,should have driven to the one on 77 instead. Read more
Ordered on app for curbside pickup, food was ok but a bit on cold side as took about 10 minutes after i got there for it to come... out, was 15 minutes behind what expected time was on app. lots of people working so figured would be better. food was goodthough just not hot and fresh like normal. The Patty Melt with 5" buns are heaven. Perfect meal. The Cinnamon roll is above average. But worth it.
The food was good as always. Thank you for the BOGO deals, the free burger with purchase and the reward app. All this helps... during times like these when prices are going up on everything. Hubby and I ordered 2 #5s. This is the coldest burger I've ever eaten in my life. The cheese is cold, the patty is colder, so it... won't melt. It's the worst whataburger I've ever had, hubby's burger is the same. $20 bucks down the drain. Thanks! Read more
