This is my father's favorite fast food hamburger place and he loves the mushrooms swiss burger. The food was exceptional, fresh,... cooked to order and served quickly. The restaurant was clean, stocked and had a great atmosphere for a fast food place. Whatstopped the experience from being a 5 star experience was the person taking the order, a 12 or 14 year employee, according tohis name badge, not sure why he still works there is he is no longer happy at what he does. The reception was cold, the ordertaking strenuous and the appreciation was non existing. If you wear a 12 or 14 year tenure badge, one would think that you areproud of that accomplishment, it seemed as if he was hating being there. For the manager of that location, I would highlyrecommend sitting down with the associate to find out what snuffed his spark, as I am sure he was a great associate for allthese years. Read more

There Wisconsin pub burger was sooooo delicious!!! 1st time here and I was very pleased with my meal. Fries were crunchy and hot... just how I love them. The kids meal I ordered was the Tenders with fries, that too was very fresh and tasteful. Their chocolatecustard was so creamy and perfect taste of chocolate. Fell in love with this place. The burger legit only lasted at the most 5bites because of the size but it was sooo soft and flavorful. Can't wait to go back! Read more

This is our favorite cheeseburger spot. They always taste fresh. Not only are the burgers top tier but so are their onion... rings, perfectly crispy and never slimy. It feels like an old fashion place but in a good way. The employees always seem to bedoing what needs to be done and are always willing to help. Very impressed with how quick and friendly the service was, and how hot and fresh the mushroom and swiss burger I ordered... tasted! It's hard to find very friendly service at fast food places now a days but Tabitha at the window was very courteous andfriendly, the drive thru process was quick and easy, and my burger came out very quickly. This is a revised comment from our visit 2 weeks ago. The food was good but the dining area was disappointing due to unclean... tables. We arrived around 10:30am and it took several tries to find a clean table. The woman at the order area was loud andchastised the previous young woman who had been very helpful in helping us select our food on our first visit. The music wasreally loud in the dining area. Our meal total was considerably more this time. We will continue to stop and eat because thefood is excellent but the manager really needs to walk around checking tables for cleanliness when they bring the food to thecustomers.
