Just left the store .. a lady was picking at her nose while welcoming me in . I placed my order and she began to prepare without... gloves 1st red flag I then asked her do they wear gloves while preparing the meals she said yes? mind you she already cut thesausage and put my sides in containers without gloves after she finished doing that she put gloves on ? as she was grabbing thegloves I looked to my left at the menu it was a roach crawling on the menu I told her and she seen it as well I then told her Ino longer want my order and I left I would never recommend this location!! Highly disappointed she was a nice lady however I wasdissatisfied with how she prepared my food and the roaches in the store! Read more
I usually love Dickys Barbecue but it was my first time trying the Northpark Kingwood location. The meat was tough, not... flavorful and not fresh. I tried to eat half. It tasted like the beans came from the can. I was so displeased with this $55meal. Read more

Had a really poor experience with an online order. The food quality was horrible. Mostly fat and grease was served and... everything was cold, also a lot of items were missing. I was so upset because they closed before I could speak to someone. Idecided to give them a call the next day and the manager and a young man working there were very friendly and eager to make myorder right. I felt appreciated and glad I gave them another chance. I would give no stars if I could. I ordered 2 bakers with chopped brisket and added a rib to each. Didn?t get the rib for... either, one had no sour cream and they both were loaded with sour cream. They were so hard and old that you could barely fluffwith a fork. The bag came with sauce spilt and ripped. The cole slaw was soured and spoiled. I order a medium Mac n cheese andwas given an individual cup. I called the store and was told there was no manager or person in charge and I would have to callthe following morning to speak to one. I asked if the food could be remade and sent and I would give this back, he said no asthey were closing in 9 minutes. Didn?t apologize, didn?t say bye, didn?t have any empathy at all. Horrible customer service. Youspend over 50.00 for stale and spoiled food and no one seems to care. My son is lactose intolerant so could not eat, my otherson was given a small cup of Mac n cheese that I paid 8.00 for a medium sized. Over priced! Disgusting! Read more
Ordered through uber eats. Half of the order was wrong. Paid extra for Texas toast and extra sauce, received none of it. Ordered... brisket, got pulled pork. Wife ordered Mac and cheese, got coleslaw. Pecan pie slices are extremely small. All meats we receivedwere over cooked and cold by the time they were delivered. Worse service ever. I ordered a frito pie and a brisket sandwich which I paid $20.46. The frito pie barely had meat and beans... and the sandwich didn?t have any condiments. It?s the last time that I go to this location. Read more
