I DON'T Have a problem with the store or employees. I have a problem with the mobile order process I think it is very rude to... just skip and cut in front of people who have been waiting in a drive-through just to get your food. there should be a secondline for mobile orders only. I was told once before when I place a mobile order I have to come inside to pick it up And that isthe process that I thought was in place. Just this morning alone 2 cars jumped in front of me and the 2nd car almost hit metrying to skip me like we are four-year-old kids it is very rude and that store needs a better process with mobile order pickup. I really like Dunkin, but this one is a little slow. My biggest complaint is they ALWAYS put whip despite my sticker saying NO... WHIP. Update: Ive come here quite a few more times and have it another shot. I lowered the stars and added the newest photo ofall the things they?re out of. I don?t know who does the ordering for this store, but they are literally ALWAYS out ofsomething. Read more
Coffee tastes a lot better without a side of attitude. The staff is rude. I came in this morning asking for a large iced coffee,... but they are out of large cups. I said no problem, you can put it in two small cups (same amount of ounces). They said it wouldbe more expensive to get two smalls? I also suggested a large hot cup, that apparently wasn?t possible either. I understand thatthey are low on supply, but they should accommodate for different solutions to their supply problem. Eventually, after a lot ofrudeness, they did give me my two smalls for the price of a large, and that is the only reason why I gave them two stars insteadof 1. Read more
Amazing low priced coffee! The employees are also very friendly. I have been there about 4 times so far but sometimes you can... taste the grains of sugar that is added or a different taste in the coffee but I dropped Starbucks for this place!! Love it! Read more

Just love this place. Staff is outgoing and committed to service. I feel like some of these reviews are unfair in that... management and the staff are trying to figure out this franchise. I have never been treated nicer at any DD - and I?ve been toseveral dozen throughout the Northeast US. The cleanliness of this place is ?spot on? and product quality is consistent withnational standards. I have experienced a few delays in getting my order; however staff has been great at communication regardingwhy the order is delayed. One thing I would ?zing? is the outside landscaping. Although this place is new, it looks like thegrass has not been cut yet. Some yard maintenance would go a long way in bringing some curb appeal (yes - this may be petty). Read more
First experience was horrible. Decided to give it another chance because I like the variety of food and drinks they serve?big... mistake. Walked in to dirty floors and tables, which would have been understandable if they were busy but it was 11 am with nota soul in sight and All their 15 employees were just standing there. They definitely were not making donuts because theirshelves were empty and her reply was as that they opened at 6. The employees did not know their coffee menu items let alone howto make them. If I say no foam that means it?s going to be hot! Not only was my drink half foam but was also sub par. Theatascocita location is 1000% better, at any time of the day.
