Use to go to this location quite often and it was a nice location, i went on Friday to eat lunch and the place was filthy, the... front doors coming in was so dirty and greasy it could be used as a fly trap, went to order a 2 piece crispy and they were outof chicken, so I got the original chicken combo ? that had 2 pounds of grease that came out on the tray ? and I ordered Mac andcheese and it was so dry and hard that I choose to just walk out and not even ask for my money back because the staff was in theback messing around and ignoring customers. We regularly visit this location and normally don?t have a problem but on this occasion my Wife and I ordered our dinner through... the drive thru , pulled up was handed our drinks by the manager and handed her my card, she taps it and asks us to pull up ,noproblem, about 5 minutes later and after she pulls another vehicle up. She sends the cook out to say my card didn?t go through.no problem but I tell the cook that I am going to check my account to make sure that the charge didn?t go through, he relaysthis through the drive thru window to the manager who becomes combative that I am checking my account (I have been doublecharged before) and which I have every right to do, tried to explain to her that this is my right to question especially after5 minutes and another vehicle going through before she sent someone out !! She then proceeded to say that she wouldn?t give memy food even if the charge showed on my account because it didn?t show on her end , I told her that?s fine I can get my moneyback from my bank and they aren?t the only restaurant in town !! Went here yesterday, the lady working the drive thru, knows absolutely nothing! You ask her questions in reference to prices on... various items and her answer is, "I don't know..."Ever answer is I don't know. She also rushed me as I tried to place my order. She definitely needs attend more classes on customer service and need to work on her attitude. Why be in customer service ifyou're can't be pleasant to customers. Then you pay for your items and she tells me I will put you receipt in the bag. They hadmy to pull up to wait for order and still no receipt so I asked for one. Now they're stating their printer is broke. Then mydaughter goes to drink her drink I purchased with the combo and there's hair in the straw insert portion of soda. Hair thatdoes not belong to us. While the food is usually good whenever I eat here, they have a big staffing problem. Whenever I go here, around 50% of the time... the inside is closed. I have come with a group of friends before, only to find out the inside is closed and had to end up goingsomewhere else. They need to fix their staffing issues. Read more
My dad went around 3 this afternoon and ordered a chicken strip meal. As soon as he sat down and picked up his food to start... eating he saw there were little bugs crawling around in there with the food. They were little brown bugs (with no wings) butwhen he took it to the counter to ask for a refund the guy said they just have just flown in there and was rather snarky aboutit.. my dad did get the refund he needed but the whole situation was handled poorly and we definitely won't be back! Do not go here! The lady working the drive through (she said her name was Nancy but the computer showed Magda) is horrible. She... is rude and impatient. When she took our order, she quickly asked us to pull forward. We asked for a receipt and she said ?I?llbring out, pull forward.?When our food was brought to us, there was no receipt. We insisted on getting a receipt and sheproceeds to hand us a hand written receipt. When we told her that wasn?t acceptable she said her machine is broken. Then proceedto take a picture of the computer. This employee is the most combative person and we will never go there again until she?s gone.She gave us the managers name (Crystal) but they don?t answer their phones. BEWARE! Read more
