I ordered a bowl of soup and at first they didn?t have enough for a bowl only a cup but then they said they did have enough for... the bowl so I ordered it. I got to the window and they gave me my drink I waited on the food and they came back and told me theythrew my food away and they were sorry, but she could offer me a refund and a cookie instead. Honestly one of the worst run Panera Bread's in Houston, I always regret giving them another chance. Today's debacle included... not even putting my order on the rapid pickup shelf, not including the croutons and cheese with the french onion soup, cold macand cheese, and very little turkey on the sandwich. They get orders wrong constantly and I always have to correct them, anythingordered through the drive thru or rapid pickup always ends up with me having to catch an employees attention and ask forwhatever is missing or fix what's wrong. I used to love Panera Bread, but this location has really ruined my enjoyment. Therearen't a lot of options close to me or my office anymore, so I'm stuck with this one. Read more
For the most part everyone here has been great. Thr food they serve is good. They are often out of ingredients or items. ... Especially if you arrive after 8. But their supply of menu items is sadly always lacking. Read more
.The food is great as in all Panera Bread, but they need to be faster when it comes to running the food to the tables, on more... than one occasion I have received the food that is supposed to be hot totally cold and they leave the food at the counter fortoo long, I think this issue is very sensitive, I think the owner of this branch should take action on the matter since themanagers do nothing, Panera is one of my favorite places for years, but this place is lowering my expectations, i miss the timewhen customers pick up our own food, this way my food is always hot Read more
First time I was able to try Panera Bread bc there aren't any near my home. The cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl was... delicious and affordable. However, a chicken sandwich for my son was a whopping $11+. The experience was less than satisfying. Read more
Absolutely done with this Panera. After getting chopped up plastic in my green smoothie a year ago I should?ve stopped coming... here, but they rectified the situation and it was just such a convenient and healthy option. But every time I order rapidcurbside pick up from this location the food is never ready on time and it ends up making me late for work. Whatever? my walletwill thank me for not spending money here every work week. The food is usually adequate, and my order is correct most of thetime, but definitely plan for at least a 20 minute wait, even when they?re not busy. Read more

I'm extremely disappointed!!! I got off from work after 13hrs as a Nurse and decide to eat Panera use to be my favorite after... tonight no longer.
