Stopped in here on Tuesday, 10/18 and the quality of service was excellent. The young man working the cash register was... extremely helpful in showing us the menu options and explaining everything that was offered and how they were served. He alsoshowed us they run a special on the calzones on Tuesday, so we went with that option. A large party came in after us, but ourfood was still brought out quickly and wow it was delicious. Very happy to find a nice Italian restaurant near us. We will beback! Read more

Wish I had taken pics of the tomato basil soup, my taste buds danced, I want mine to be like that at home lol. The Caesar salad... was very good and so was the pizza, I did get a pic of. The crust was on point for a thin crust. The flavor was wonderful.Daughter and I was very happy we went. In door and outside seating. Friendly staff. Poor food quality. Our order took almost 40 minutes to come out. Food quality was pretty poor. Ordered a meatball sandwich that... had been sitting a while, because the sandwich was soggy and was mostly bread and no meat. My wife’s pizza was burnt. However,I did have a really good calzone. Pricing is ridiculous. $3.50/drink for drinks you have to refill on your own when ½ theselections were out. There was food and trash on the floor. A family that had been waiting longer than we had walked out,disgusted. $10 for a small slice of Italian cream cake. I have no problem paying for great service and quality food, but ourexperience today was far from great and lacking in quality. We used to love this place. Read more

The food was very underwhelming and the crust of the pizza tasted and felt like cardboard. To make matters worse when I went to... go bite into one of my slices I found a beard hair in it. Never going back here again. Read more

The first time we tried this place (pick up), the service was horrible, food was very good. 6 months later, this is what came in... the delivery order: carrot cake slice with mold all over it. Grub Hub refunded us the cost of the dessert. Read more

This was my first time here and I came for the red velvet cake and it was okay, just okay you might be asking, yes. The... individuals who read my posts knows that I either give a thumbs up if it's good or thumbs down if its bad but I decided to keepthis one neutral, mainly because I love this red velvet cake spot in Harlem called ' Cakeman Raven ' (will be booking a flightsoon now) and I guess I was hoping for it to taste similar if not better because Russo's from NY too but that was my fault. Wasn't expecting this place to be that good honestly! Looking at all the good an bad reviews wasn't too sure, but still wanted... to try it. We ordered the large pepperoni pizza with a kids meal spaghetti an meatball, sn for dessert s red velvet cake slice.We had the food delivered. Everything was really good! Took a minute to arrive, but the wait was worth it. Now we're going tovisit the place to check if customer service is as good as their food. Read more
