We went to this location on 9-11-22. I looked on Google and it closed at 9. Got there around 8:15-8:20, the door was locked.... Time on window said they close at 9 on Sunday night. The staff was in the back. The place was cleaned and all food put up. Weended up going to Culver's, not at all what we wanted. We don't go to the Subway on 494 and N. Park. Kids working there are notready to be left unsupervised. Read more
Do not go to this location it sucks sloppy made sandwich inconsistent every time
I've left at least three reviews for this location, both with varying perspectives, but now i know for sure. Do. Not. Go. Here.... First impression of walking in is a staff that looks like they never wanted to be there in the first place. Second impression isof employees who want to nickel and dime you at every turn, we asked for onions, the guy behind the counter puts less than 6thin quarters of one ring for a whole footlong, they tried to leave 3 slices of cheese on my partners sandwich. Honestly, imdisappointed, that fact that this location has fallen to this level is a shame Edit: photo, hardly anything! Very sloppy missing some stuff and they for got the bag of chips I ordered. Didn't even cut it.
Out of 5 sandwiches ordered 0 were correct. Not toasted, wrong sauces, extra vegetables not asked for, and an endless array of... other mistakes. The employee seemed altered, possibly inebriated. Would not recommend Read more
The guys working were so very nice. One had stopped to show the other how to make the fresh bread and then apologized for making... me wait so he gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. Such a kind gesture that was totally unexpected. Read more
I didn?t even notice that the worker was ready to take my order just stood there looking down, there was three employees... working, all with a stand off demeanor, the guy was nice however to the next customer I?m assuming because it was a lady. Verybizarre atmosphere there. Read more
