Me and my family love this location everyone that works here are extremely nice and treat people right. The food is also great... we have never had a problem with the food or an employee this is where we love to eat it's better than going to a Mexicanrestaurant you get treated way better and great food. If I could give this a score of -5 stars, I would! This place is one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever dealt with... in my 47 years of life! So, last night was my last straw and felt this desperately needs to be said. I ordered a taco salad lastnight. My fiancé came home with it and I opened it up and it looked like this! There was maybe six square chunks of lettucebarely any of the other ingredients and a bowl of soupy beans. Was not even edible. This location NEVER gets orders right!!! Idon't know why anyone bothers to come and place the order for what they want. Because most likely they're going to give you whatthey want to give you. They should name the place "The Taco Shell Game". If you don't know what "The She'll Game" is, look itup. I am genius!! Ha!! ???????????????? No seriously though, management needs to clean house on the employees here and just getpeople who actually can do their job right!! It's not just last night, this is a couple days a week for us personally and thenmy son and his wife have had the exact same problems. They won't even go there anymore and honestly if things don't change, asmuch as I love when they do actually get the order correct every now and again we won't continue coming either! I spoke to avery nice person on the phone who was very polite and offered to remake it this evening for me. So for that thank you!!! HoweverI have seen the movies about what people do to your food when you complain. So I'll pass on that offer. I truly hope someone ispaying attention to these reviews. I would like to see improvements so we can come get what we do like without having to gothrough the bag before we leave every single time. Not real easy when you're dealing with Mexican food. Never again! I did not write reviews when they continuously get my order wrong but today topped the cake. My husband ordered 2... crispy shredded chicken tacos and checked to ensure they were the crispy shells. Usually they get the order wrong and put floursoft shells. He opened to check to ensure the shells were crispy corn but didn?t realize he needed to check to ensure they putchicken in them. At a hefty price of $2.59 per taco for shell, about a spoon of chicken and some lettuce and tomato - we won?tbe back. The taco on the bottom photo is mainly lettuce. Pretty disappointing. Food had little flavor, and seemed like poor quality. Would have been better of microwaving some canned... refried beans and nacho cheese, since that was obviously most of what made up the meal. Service was fine, but understaffed andoverwhelmed (though only a handful of customers were there). Two of three orders came out wrong. It's not a taste of Mexico,it's a taste of cheap Texas. Ridiculous service. Wait time is more than 30 min. Got margaritas just to be told there is no lime flavor at the window. Portion... is horrible in ALL plates I ordered. Nachos are prove of it.
