The past 9 times of ordering they have got my order wrong. Missing items mostly. They also throw in handfuls of ketchup that... nobody wants and don't include the ghost pepper sauce that we do want. They just don't bother to read the orders. Read more
I read the reviews on this location and I can agree. French fries so old and stale, cavemen would have used them to start... fires, burger patty was tougher then saddle back beef jerky, chili was fresh outta Antarctica deep freeze, also the foullanguage used by the employees towards each other echoes out into the dine-in area. This is a total flip of my last visit. Went inside to eat instead of going through the drive-through. A very pleasant lady took... our order and the folks working in the back were professional and expedient. The food was great but the interior could use someupdating. A one-person, lock the door as you enter, gas station restroom is outdated. Could prove difficult for wheelchairaccess. Lighting fixtures in the dining area are outdated with exposed incandescent bulbs. Should be updated or shielded in caseof breakage over food. The condiment station should simply be replaced. Ordered the #8 (Big Bacon Cheddar) and the burger + the bacon cheddar jam were very cold, unfortunately I was on limited time... for my lunch break so I couldn?t turn around and bring it back. Also they added the bourbon sauce from Bourbon Cheeseburger tothe Big Bacon Cheddar which I don?t understand, burger was a cold sloppy mess, fries were great tho!!! Read more

Walking in the smell of the musty dirty carpet hits you first, then as you look around it?s noticeable that this location is... very much dated and has not been updated in a very long time. The woman at the counter was pleasant and nice but once I got myorder I wanted to go back up and ask if I could have some fries with my salt. That was intense to say the least. The burger wasgood as a Wendy?s burger goes. But overall as I looked around I could see this location really needs attention to its flooring,tables, chairs and condiment station at least. Read more
The morning crew is WAY too slow. We waited almost 40 minutes in drive-thru at the window after paying for our breakfast, so we... couldn't just leave. We gave them a second try later. The evening crew is a little better, and faster. But. There wasliterally the smallest pinch of bacon on the "baconator" fries.
