when you order a coffee they oddly ask you if you want iced coffee.....if I want iced coffee I'll say the word "iced" before the... word "coffee." workers have no common sense....if you order a coffee it's by default a hot coffee unless you say iced. Read more

I'm not sure what happened here but maybe because of COVID the service has become terrible. The line which consisted of three... cars took 15 minutes. I ordered my coffee the girl gave me the wrong coffee. Not a problem until I got the right coffee but itdidn't have creamer sugar... Maybe the workers are mad that they're not getting paid as much as part of the covid revolution...Idk but one star. Read more
Just got yelled at that cinnamon is caramel syrup.... I simply wanted an iced caramel latte with simple syrup... instead got... cinnamon sugar latte and a big mouth full of sugar. When I said it wasn't right I was told I was wrong. Another employeecorrected my latte. But I don't understand why the lady keep insisting I was wrong. Read more
