Waited at the drive thru for a little over 6 minutes!! The least they could had did was let the paying customer know they will... be with them in a moment? also there was only 2 cars in the line ???? Notified manager yet she was non chalant? worst customerservice from an Arby?s EVER! Read more

Two of the last three times my husband and I have tried to order from here either through Doordash or ourselves, this location... has closed down quite literally in the middle of ordering. For example tonight, we were right behind the car that was orderingfood, the lights and everything were shut down and they only served the car at the window. All this would make sense If itwasn't 7:22 p.m. No words exchanged. No explanation. Just randomly shutting down in the middle of a line of about 3 cars. Theother time with the doordash driver, they waited an hour before they called us to tell us they couldn't wait any longer becauseit had just randomly shut down without the business completing the order. The third time, they did stay open long enough tocomplete our order, mostly. It just wasn't the whole order. I like to leave positive reviews instead of negative ones but thisis just absurd. The drive thru guy had an attitude. Asked how much after he mumbled & he shuts the window & walks away & the other guy putting... ice in the machine kelp looking at us laughing. I know they were talking junk where we couldn't hear them. After we finallypayed we realized he shorted us an order, iBooks receit & walked back to window showing my recent & the guy wouldn't openwindow & just standing there looking at me so I slid window open to tell him the problem & then the manager came right up & hewas very hateful to me telling me not to open the window. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food in my 50years of life. We didn't even want the food due to worried about what they could have done to it. Read more

Used the app to order. After entering and waiting for food it took them 10 minutes to get around to looking for my food, tried... to give me someone?s order, finally found mine which had been sitting there all along. The mobile orders are behind the counterwhere you can?t get to them. After finally getting the one sandwich I ordered and leaving to meet my daughter I find that myFrench dip sandwich didn?t have the au jus dip with it ! All in all a most unsatisfactory transaction. Employees seemedlethargic and uninterested in being there. Read more

Was a lil disappointed in how lil and inconsistent they are with the amount of meat went on the sandwiches. A couple didn't... have much at all , one was almost all bun. One had the proper amount ???? on it. One of 6 sandwiches was correct. Read more

I got dinner from here, I ordered chicken bites and did not get them but I did get the sauce I requested not that I could use... it. I also got a fountain drink for my brother ( a mountain berry power aid) and he ended up throwing up. Overall, I am notsatisfied with arbys this trip making pay for things I never received and their fountain drinks making my brother sick. Read more
