Our Frisco Breakfast Sandwiches sat under the heat lamp too long. The bread on one side was dry and hard.

Yesterday, Sunday 9/11 I placed an order through the drive thru..after waiting 9 minutes in my car I decided to go inside and... check on it..I was greeted by 2 young female employees..these 2 young females were the rudest, most arrogant and disagreebleemployees that I have ever dealt with..it's a shame that Hardee's employees treat their customers with such disrepect.. After waiting forever with the rain coming into my car window to order in the drive thru, watching employees get drenched to get... a quick smoke or hit their vape, we ordered 2 hot dogs and a Frisco burger combo. They quoted us the $12 and then quoted adifferent $16 total at the window. Got our food and hit the hwy racing to the train station only to see that our entire orderwas incomplete and had to turn around. The hot dogs were upside down in the container, chili everywhere including leaking outthe bag, no onions, fries were cold, and the Frisco burger was literally incomplete. The Mayo was smeared on the outside of thebread for toasting but hadn't even touched the grill. We went inside only to wait an additional 20 minutes for a still untoastedsandwich and chunks of red, not yellow, onion placed on top of the hot dog. Because of a time crunch we had to take it and go.Will never return. Horrible service. Read more

Getting back out on the main highway can be a challenge from this location. The drive-thru area and window could use a good... cleaning. The hamburger was cold and very sloppy. The staff at the drive- thru was good. We probably won't stop next time. Thereare several other fast food places available nearby. Read more
