I stopped by on the way home from work for a quick bite. Service was great! Food was hot and fresh and so good!

The food is amazing!! Service is awesome as well!! I recommend for a nice sit-down meal since the vibe is quite enjoyable :)

Went to the Kinston location for lunch with a friend. Personnel were friendly, and used paperless processing of orders. Food... came out hot and fast. Cheesesteak was good but not great. I attempted to call the restaurant for over 30 minutes. I was never able to reach anyone. Once I arrived at location and... approached the drive thru, I was told that I could not place an order because they do not take orders at the DRIVE-THRU! I hadmy children in the car so I could not get out, I only wanted a salad. I had to drive off call the phone again and then order ONTHE PHONE! That really didn?t make any sense to me. The young lady at the drive thru answered the phone and then took my orderand said it?ll be about 5 mins. I could have stayed in the drive thru for that amount of time!!!!!!!!!! Gas is way too high! I placed a order at 5:13 for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 hamburger which would be ready in 5 - 10 minutes. I paid and had to drive... around. I got the order at 5:36. I ask for some napkins and she tried to hand me napkins that were wadded up as if they had beenused. I ask for more and got them with a terrible attitude. Ask for manager and she could have cared less. I want go backthere. You should address your customer service. Read more

I visited this location with my husband and kid's. We really enjoyed our experience while dining in. Upon arrival, we were... greeted by majority of the staff. Our waitress was pretty awesome.
