I have been here twice in two weeks. Each time there was over 20-minute wait for a cheese pizza. The first time the drive thru... was full and not moving. It took 25 minutes to get to the window. When I got service I was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait.The second night I was told it would take 10 munites. I waited 15 before I went in to get my pizza. I was then told that thecook didn't put the pizza in yet. I waited another 15 minutes for the pizza to realize the cook was the manager and he waswalking around talking more than making the pizzas. I saw the tickets being printed for upcoming pizzas. It was 5 people waitingand he had only made 1 pan since I was inside waiting. Read more

Manager on duty was extremely rude. I was told when I arrived at 12:56 p.m. that my order would be ready within 6 to 7 minutes.... I ordered two large pepperoni, after sitting there for 20 minutes I asked a lady that came to the window how much longer? Shereplied I don't know we have online orders to fill. I said I was told 6 to 7 Minutes almost 20 minutes ago. She proceeded totell me she would give me my money back cuz she didn't have time for this. Please find new managers. Read more
Service, as usual, was about the worst, but you are consistent. The pick up portal, has in the past, worked like a charm, but... not so when the door is locked, forcing you to use the drive thru, but the pizza ???? is good the price is good. It would bebetter enjoyed with a non indigestionable attitude !!! Read more
Order food through the app. We get to the store for them to tell us that they are out of the items we ordered. We asked them... just to give us a refund they sead no because we ordered through the app. We have contacted the customer service and the sead itshould take up to seven business days for us to get our money back. It has been over ten days and we still have not received arefund. The employees had a bad attitude and there manager hung up the phone on us. I will never buy anything from them again. Read more
Pulled up for a hot n ready pizza.....the only thing hot n ready was us.....hot from sitting in the car for 15 minutes and ready... to go......service wasn't bad but dont expect to get a pizza right away here, chances are you'll be waiting a bit cause they'realmost never ready Read more
Their online ordering system is down and has been for months. Went one day and they were closed in middle of the day. Hand... written sign said be back at 5. 530 came and went and no one showed up. Didn't look like anyone had been there all day. We orderfrom here quite often. But lately it's been disappointing. Read more
Anytime you sit in drive thru for 15 mins and no one even come to the window, even though 3 different people passed by it. You... need to throw berthing in there away. Terrible service Read more
