Tonight I came and stop and got me me a mcrib and the Hispanic employee she was rude to me and unprofessional. The service was... kinda slow a person front of me took a while to get his order and when I pull over waiting for my sandwich I kinda lookingaround inside the window and no one's coming and bringing my order and when this Hispanic girl she show up standing and lookingat me then couple minutes she gave my order then I ask why it took a while to get my sandwich she said they were making my foodfresh and looking for the sauce then I ask where's the manager then she closed the window and talking some other employees thenone girl she ask where is my reciept I said they didn't give me reciept then I told her I don't refund I want to talk to themanager then the Hispanic she told the manager that I didn't want my food I told her I never said that then I told her thatshe's a liar and talking back bad about me then I told them she shouldn't have to talk to me like that unprofessional and rude.I will not coming back on this McDonald's ever again. Theres good and bad to this review, more of the latter. We had to repeat the order in its entirety because the girl on the mic... couldn't hear (heard it fine the second time), then before when we pulled away she said "If your order is correct it'll be$6.61." Something just didn't sit right with me, "If it's correct." Then we wait almost 10 minutes with 2 cars in front of us,and when we get to the window, the girl had a very irritated attitude, and I gave her $10 for payment, and instead of receiving$3.39 in change, I got $3.36. I don't much care for the amount, just the fact that apparently no attention was paid to my money,and it makes me wonder how many other people have been shorted on change. The absolute only reason I'm not giving this 1 star isbecause the food was at least hot. Read more
24 hrs my foot. Every time I come through there either machine is broken are screen is black. But the big M sign is lit up and... the lights are on. They take your order and when you get up to the window to pay they tell you the screen is dark can't seeprices. You've wasted 15mins waiting. Never again... Read more
Not only were the prices reasonable, but the amount of food you received for the price was incredible. Our whole family was... trying everyone else's food and loving it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great variety and good quality for adecent price. Read more
My first visit to this restaurant was in the drive thru. The employees were very much engaged while ordering and accepting our... payments. The burger were pretty good the french fries were not the temperature I desired, however my beverage was cold withjust the right amount of ice when some Mc Donald's have the tendency to put a lot of ice in the beverage and make the beveragetaste a bit watered-down. This was not the case at this restaurant. I will probably visit this McDonald's in the near future. Read more
Everyone working was very polite and focused on their job. It was busy when we arrived and busier when we were leaving - the... ladies working the front and taking food out to the drive thru cars were efficient and kind. The bacon cheeseburger wasdelicious, and even the unsweetened and sweet tea were some of the best I've had. Really great experience here today. Read more
If I could give this dump a zero star review I would. Half the stuff I ordered in the drive thru, the cashier didn?t put ring it... up so I had to repeat what I wanted at the window. I had to pull up in the waiting area for 10 minutes to wait in my food andwhen the lady comes out with food she takes forever to give it to us. The food was cold, messy and I didn?t receive stuff I paidfor. Never again will I spend my money here. Hire people who down clown around and drag their feet. Get it together, it ain?tthat hard?.
