Time we pulled up 2:11 pmWe are working with Uber eats had a Delivery pop up They told us it would be an hour before it was... ready that takes away our earnings and can not get any more deliveries until this one is made they said they had a 120 pizzasto make before our order was even up They should make orders in between a big order such as that we are sitting in the carburning up fuel when they can easily make orders in between they said most of the employees called out this is so ridiculous the District manager that's what she said anyway it's out smoking a cigarette when they have a lot of orders to make wow time now4pm took 2 hours for this 10 inch pizza and nots really ridiculous Read more

I ordered online and I arrived to pick up my pizza. I stood and waited for about 10 minutes. Lady at register couldn't find my... pizza. I showed her my order number. She asked what I wanted to do?? She looked again and about 10 minutes later a previouscustomer came in stating he had wrong pizza. She looked at the torn label and said, "Oh here is your pizza and proceeded to handit to me!" No thanks I'll take a refund. She offered it back to the gentleman and he took it back. Customer service has reallygone down. Read more
I ordered my food at 10 in the morning to be delivered to my job by 12 it's 12:15 still no food at the store 1 driver... Refund... takes 3days... Discusted try to be prepared and still no food only 30min for break can't eat on the floor terrible and it's notthe weekend... Ordered a large cheese pizza, light cheese and extra sauce. Their sauce was always my favorite until now. It was sour and no... semi-sweetness to it at all. The guy told me 31 to 41 minutes for my delivery. When I asked him if they were on schedule, hereplied "YES". However, it was 1 hour and 10 minutes before it arrived. Taste and service was disappointing. Pizza was cold. Thedelivery driver was nice and due in 22 days, Bless her heart. Turns out she was the only driver they had so I gave her a $10tip. Would have appreciated them being honest when I called my order in, I could have just picked it up on my own. This was thethird and final time they will be disappointing me. WTH is this? That's pathetic. Don't waste your money, not the first time I've received sub-par food from this location. I was told that the would be ready in 30 minutes. I had to wait 35 minutes and other 2 members the staff, the rest was was... loud and angry. Each time one staff member boxed the orders, she was slamming the boxes on the counter. Even though I lovedtheir pizza, won't order there again Read more
