I ordered two supreme pizzas (well done) tonight and we are out of the delivery area so we picked the order up. When I got the... orderthe pizza was soggy and it wasn't very good on top of being cooked wrong. I called the lady offered to re make them but itwas late and we were all tired, so I told her we would pick them up another night so instead of replacing both pizzas next timeshe will only replace one. the store on Vernon in kinston NC, have always had friendly people working the store every time I have ordered, the service is... quick friendly and the order was correct. this is why I leave them the 25% gratuity each time. The only thing I dislike atthis time is related to the app: for ordering, the points you earn have a time limit on them. of course it's 6 months, butstill other apps: i have for other companies do not have a time limit on the points you have earned. other then that I lOVE Pizza Hut. Large supreme pizza $16 was really delicious primo sub sandwich $7 didn't like it tasted kinda blah very over toasted and dry... looked good smell like wet dog meaty p"zone $6 was good kinda just needs more stuffings in side not much meat to be a meatyp"zone . Drinks you get a really small cup but it's unlimited refills so that good the French fries where really good very niceand crispy I don't like the new pizza hut we all wish they hadn't changed .
