Stopped by Ruby Tuesday for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the food and service that this ruby Tuesday had to offer. I... got the philly cheese steak hoagie with a sweet tea. Really good entrees, friendly hostess & waitress, food came out hot & delicious, and nice sized servings! Update 10/12/22.... Worst experience ever at this location. Waited 10-15 mins to be seated while hostess looked at us from other end of bar whilelaughing & cutting up with bartender. Ordered a simple entrée (ribs) & the wife had a pasta dish along with an appetizer. Tookover 30mins to get appetizer and it came out cold. Took another 35-45mins to get entrées. Entrées were ok, nothingspecial. Overall rating: Kinston's Ruby Tuesday is modern day Kinston Applebee's! Y'all better change before you're out ofbusiness too! Read more

I always enjoy the salad bar and use it as my main meal. I usually order salmon as a side. This time, I ordered the rib... appetizer (Ask for the sauce on the side and lots of napkins.) Mine were not as pictured with a light glaze instead it wasswimming in BBq sauce. It did not look appealing. After I wiped off the sauce the ribs were good. The other dinner we orderedwas a 6oz ribeye steak with Bella mushrooms and a baked potato. The steak was very good and the m'rooms cooked to perfection.The atmosphere 3 star is mainly due to the woman's bathroom. It needs major attention! Also I noticed the windows are grimy andit does not look dusted on a regular basis. Managers get on the ball with the bathrooms ????. There is absolutely NO REASON forthat. Bring in someone to steam clean it from top to bottom every once in a while. So if you go in there complain every timeabout the bathroom. Maybe something will get done. Read more
