I want to put zero stars. Adult daughter went in to order 7 sandwiches for our family. Unable to order more than 5! No one... behind her waiting. ?Policy.? Why? Had no answer. I am totally dissatisfied with this particular Subway!! Attitude as soon as I walk in...I am ordering a grilled chicken salad,... and just want a few items on it, but want Xtra onions. I went too this store today and ordered 2 sandwiches both with double meat. But when it came time for the other ingredients I... asked this weird looking guy too add extra tomatoes he put four tomatoes on the sandwich. When I asked him for 2 more he statedthat he could not. I asked him why not he says cause he can't. I don't understand if I am willing to pay for extra items Ishould be afforded that items. Got there at 8:38 lady that worked there is outside smoking, she then informed me she was closed. I then asked want the hours... till 9 pm she said yes and she would be leaving at 9. Terrible way to conduct business. Left there went to the Olympian, gotthere at 8:50 pm they also close at 9. They took our order and made our subs. Will not go back to Subway!!!!!! Read more
Went to get food and of course they were closed early. Went a couple of days ago and they were taking trays up an hour before... they closed. I understand wanting to get home, but when a customer walks up to the door and you just turn around and walk to theback without even offering a ?we are closed? or ?sorry? and they wonder why they have no business.... I went in there for lunch today while the two girls who were making the sandwiches were absolutely wonderful very helpful knew... what they were doing however the man behind the counter who I?m assuming is a manager isn?t very good. He doesn?t know how toexplain it doesn?t know how to work the register very well needs more training. Also I got a drink from the fountain and thoseneed to be desperately cleaned they look like they have mold and then I threw out my drink. Read more
