We pulled in at 3PM and were told they were closed. We asked what time they open back up and they said 10 minutes. We let them... know that we would wait. A woman stated that we couldn?t wait in the drive thru because something was counting cars. Then a malevoice stated ?just leave?. Very unprofessional and they definitely need training on customer service! The parking lot and thedining area was full of employees eating. Maybe they should take turns breaking for food. This taco bell is the better one in kinston. The food is always hot and good. I'd recommend anyone to come to this taco bell... over the one near tractor supply. Read more

I haven't been to Taco Bell in a bit. Today I placed a rather large order online of 3 Taco Party Packs and a #7. I was fully... expecting the staff to be overwhelmed but they were the complete opposite! The staff was very friendly and very polite evenapologizing for the wait even though I received my order pretty fast for the quantity of tacos ordered. I have anxiety when Ineed to place large orders like today but the staff working today was amazing and did a wonderful job. Inside the restaurantappeared they may be in the middle of changing signage but the area appeared clean. I will be returning very soon. Read more
I don't like to eat at restaurants but I wanted something different tonight. I went in the store at 8:52pm and stood at the... counter until 8:58pm. No one came and asked for my order. The staff just talked in the back about their lives and I justwalked out the door. Another customer is now standing at the counter playing on his phone waiting for service. Good luck. Since they don't have the Taco Shell Salad Supreme, at this time, I went for the Nacho BellGrande with extra Tomatoes & extra... Sour Cream. The Beef Crunchy Taco Supreme comes with it. I believe this was the #5? A large drink comes with it, also, for atotal of $8.19 USD. The staff was friendly, courteous & helpful. The only problem was that "I" forgot to tell them 'no beans'.Was still good & very filling, but I just don't fancy the mashed up black beans...that's just me. It was also very comfortableinside. Well I Place a pickup order on the mobile app. So I made a order, and at the end of placing the order, it ask you what time... would you like to pick it up. Okay I pick 7pm. So how about they started making my meal at 6pm and was done at 6:15pm. So I gota text at 6:15 saying my meal is ready to pick up at the counter. Now remind you my pickup time is 7pm. SO when I got there myfood was cold and I ask for it to be made over. Also when they finish I had to ask for my drinks. This was the worst experienceever. This will be my last time doing this! My question is why ask what time to pickup? But you make my food way early. Read more
The absolute worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been. Always pulling cars up when there is not sufficient space to do so. Have the... audacity to have their own personal cell phone out while deal with customers. As I?m typing this 3 customers have passed bywith their orders fulfilled. I?ve been waiting for my food for over 15 mins now. I?m watching the kitchen and 1 person ismaking orders. Then they bring me half my order and ask me what did I order because their screen is confusing.
