I ordered the 4 dollar bag deal and a medium strawberry frosty. When I received my order they had given me a small frosty,which... I pointed out and the gentleman behind the counter (Corey?) took care of by giving me an additional small frosty. I'veencountered him several times and he is always kind and personable- even when orders are wrong and things are busy. I believethe problem to be the people in the back preparing the food- not paying attention to details. My husband has had to return hissandwich several times because he's told them no Mayonnaise and they've put it on his sandwich any way. He commented the samething as I did about the gentleman (Corey?) saying he was polite and didn't give him an attitude,like others when he had toreturn food that was wrong.When we went for lunch yesterday 10/14/22 at this location 4535 Hwy 70 W,the place was freezing! Ithought it was possibly just me, but there were other customers commenting about it an a few putting coats back on.Not only didthis disturb everyone's comfort but made my food cool quickly! We waited about 5 minutes for someone to take the order and when they did the cashier tried to order for us. The food we did... order was great hot and fresh. My only complaint was the concert going on in the kitchen area. Yes you can hear the rap musicfrom the dining room. Read more

Sat in line at the drive thru for almost an hour at the pickup window... they took so long that we didn't even notice that they... hadn't given me my card back. We go to leave and I realize it's missing so we turn around not even 2 minutes away from thisWendy's. I immediately block my card through the app. We go inside to ask for my card and they asked for a name as if we didn'tjust pull away from the drive thru. The guy takes a good minute to go back and "look" for my card. I finally get it and weleave, and I left it "blocked" since I won't be needing it for the rest of the day, it was also the only time I've used ittoday. It is now 2am and I finally see an email from my bank about a fraud alert. Several attempts made on my card today afterI had blocked it ???? Read more

We had a bad experience. We waited 20-25 minutes for 1 meal and 2 frostys. They were short staffed because of high school... graduation. Tempers were flaring and it was difficult to watch. One manager came in while we were there. It was a short AfricanAmerican lady. She had short natural burgundy hair. She clocked in, washed her hands and got busy helping. Wow this was incredibly disappointing drive-through through experience. We were in the drive-through lane with only three cars... ahead of us for over 15 minutes. Compared to Chick-fil-A with 10 to 15 cars of head of you going through and getting your orderin less than five minutes this was incredibly disappointing. The food was average we were trying to check out something a littledifferent and we were extremely disappointed. Read more
