Tried to call in an order while driving to the restaurant phone rang 47 times. When we pulled up to the window there were two... customers inside and two employees working a blonde haired girl and a brunette. When the brunette came to the window I told herwe've tried to call in our order but y'all never answered the phone.To which she responded," We don't answer the phone whenwe're busy and we can't take your order here," as she closed the window in my face without even awaiting my response. this isprobably the most unprofessional behavior and the rudest service I have ever had at any restaurant in my entire life. The storepolicy is that two people it's too busy for what order to be taken and 47 rings of a telephone isn't time enough to make twosandwiches before I arrive, then I do not understand how this business has stayed with its doors open as long as it has. As aformer general manager of 13 subways in South Texas I would fire my entire staff that was working that night over something likethis. Truly pitiful. I only wish I could give a zero-star rating. Clean establishment and fresh ingredients but really the staff could have been been friendlier !!!! Just because a person head... straight to the rest room/ doesn't mean they are not going to order/ Some people like to wash their hands ???? before for theyeat???? I arrived early with two other vehicles in tow/ it's July and hot outside instead of sitting in the car I decided togo in and get cleaned up and wait on the rest of my family/ As I approached the rest room door I rudely heard someone say areyou here to use the restroom are you going to order something/ How ever /other than that/ the service was okay ..We made 13orders which all came back correctly and in a timely fashion!!!!
