Placed an order through their app at 8.30pm. Said pick up at 8.40pm. I was a bit late and got there at 8.59pm. Restaurant door... was closed and had to wait in the drive through line. Spoke to the employee at the order screen and even called them to tellthem we are in the line up. Reached the window at 9.22pm. We were then told they are starting our order now and it will take 5minutes. Received the food at 9.38pm. Burger patties were way overcooked. Everything eas cold. Cold fries; cold, tough and oilyonion rings. Orange shake lacked flavour and blue raspberry sushi was not iccy enough. Very bad experience. Update: after myreview above, I was contacted by Harvey's for more details about my experience and they also offered us 2 free meals. The photosI am attaching to this review are from the free meals that we picked up around 6.15pm on Saturday. The staffs were veryprofessional and we could say that they were not giving us any more special consideration than they were giving to all the othercustomers. Everybody was therefore getting an equally good customer service. Foodwise, we went with the same meals as the firsttime, with minor tweaks, to properly compare. As we waited for our order, we received our drinks. I requested extra orangeflavour in the smoothie and it was more pleasant than the first one. The proteins (beef patties, crispy chicken and chickennuggets-for the poutine) were already cooked and kept warm. The burger patties were then further warmed up to order on the grilland the cheese added on them. Chicken ones were used as is. First thing we noticed when we got our food- the bag was warmindicating that the food was hot inside. As we opened the bag, was nice to have received napkins this time. ordered to pick up through uber eats, they gave us a closed bag when arrived home there were only fries and drinks, no... hamburgers !! no apples pies, I called the restaurant and the guy said he gave us everything!! and didn't resolve the problem.I had to go and buy the food elsewhere for my family Read more
UPDATE: received a call the next day. Very pleasant. Apologized and invited me back. She was very concerned and thanked me for... reaching out. I have moved my rating from a 1 to a 3 star. Worst service ever. 5 staff. No one in charge. Line not moving. Lotsof staff, but no sense of urgency. Food sitting on the hot plate 20 minutes, but not being served. No ice, soft drinkswarm. Last two experiences here have been abysmal. Two times I order through Uber for pick up, two times I get the notice that it?s... ready, hop in my car, walk in to find out they haven?t even started. 20 minutes wait. I get that places are understaffed andperhaps have new staff, but there?s no oversight from the owner or someone Senior. These kids are left to themselves to dealwith angry clients. Harvey's never disappoints. I come to this location more often than I should. The angus burgers are really good. Their onion... rings always get me. The fried jalapenos are incredibly good. I recently tried the fried pickles - they were definitely good butnot as good as I would have thought. They were fresh and super crispy when I got them but the pickle itself wasn't myfavorite. Service here is always excellent. They've never messed up my order. Definitely a super team working here. Willcontinue to indulge irresponsibly. Keep up the great work guys! Read more

The food is fine. However I consistently get incredibly slow service at this particular franchise. Slow order in restaurant. So... I switched to the app and decided to arrive late. The order was fully 30 minutes after the expected time. So I still waited for20 minutes in the restaurant. Read more
