I asked for some extra mayo for my chicken sandwich. The brainless cashier told me they don't have mayo. She eventually conceded... that they did in fact have mayo but then wanted to charge me extra to have a little more on my sandwich. Reading some of theother mostly 1-star reviews, I'm not alone. This is a new restaurant and it shows because it's clean! So that's great the staff is super nice. The burgers were pretty... decent I got the big box meal and it's quite a bit of food for $15. If you're craving kfc I guess check it out. Read more
This was the worse service ever. The owner of this KFC should be ashamed. The manager of this KFC told us she was old 15 years... old. I it was not her fault because none of the staff was listening to her. The confusion was laughable. I felt bad for all ofus waiting for our orders. I don't think any of the staff was over 18. Worst experience ever. Started by ordering two boxes, one with a tender sandwich and the other with regular tender. After... paying the girl at the cash told us that they had no macaroni salad . We asked if they had anything else her reply was notreally? corn ( the girl was talking so low I had to make her repeat at least 5 times) then she noticed she didn?t actuallycharged us for two boxes so we were like okay fix the bill will pay the extra she was SO confused. After that other issue fixedI hear he say softly we dont have salad for you sandwich but I can put pickles instead, that?s when I lost it and ask to bereimbursed for everything.She obviously didn?t know how to do it and talked to maybe 3 people before giving back $20.20 but fromwhat I remember it was more expensive and ask for the original bill. As she was looking for it she confirmed it was really 20.20but when finding the bill it was actually 22.20! I couldn?t believe it I was in shocked and asked to speak to the manager Whichwas sitting in the office next to the cash. She or he NEVER came out to apologize for the poor service. I asked the cashier forthe manager name 4 times and she couldn?t or wouldn?t tell me when finally she whispered a name Rashen or something. Honestly Iwas shocked and will never go to PFK ever again! It's been close to a year since I ordered and picked up KFC, I was a little disappointed: 1. I had to wait for my order when I... arrived, not a big deal, maybe 10 minutes 2. I asked for a substitute for my drink that I wasn't going to take since I wasgoing home, nope 3. The size of the fries was small, wow, I was surprised! They were cold by the time I got home 4. Chickenwas hot by the time I got home, Positive 5. I was surprised they included dipping sauce, wasn't listed online when I ordered,Positive Overall experience was OK. Not sure if I will order again. Even though I rarely eat at KFC, I decided to give it a try today. I ordered their famous chicken chicken box for 14$ and it was... pretty good. The fried chicken in the burger was tender and crispy on the outside. However, the burger itself is a bit small andI wish it had a bit more vegetables to balance out, like lettuce and tomatoes. Overall though, it is not too bad. For areasonable price, I get to eat three different kind of fried chicken, fries and a choice of salad. Read more
Ordered two chicken burgersand and a few other items. The burgers meat was incredibly small, vastly overcooked and tasteless. We... received an email ads from KFC today to order this amazing looking burger... and in the app we ordered from they look amazing.Little did we know that the reality would be so deceitful. Saddest bucket of chicken and there was NO flavour. Ordered 10 pieces and besides screw up with the order, the chicken was... awful. Haven?t eaten this in awhile, regardless the chicken had no flavour. The fries were cold. They?ve changed the coleslawrecipe (no more bright green) which was average and a corn salad that tasted ?off?. There was also a bucket of mop water on thecounter - see pic. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances. I don?t know if all KFC is like this or just thisparticular store. Read more
