Over the years, I have made over 1400 reviews on Google, mostly for restaurants. This place, Kirkland location, does not even... deserve the 1 star. In general this is a good location. Not my go-to subways (that would be the one on sources) but this is closer for me. Most of... the staff is friendly and the store is nice and clean. May 28. 2021: Had an odd experience today. The server guy was clearlyin a bad mood and slamming the breads a bit hard on the table when making the food. I used to work here as an employee back in 2018, and it is truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. A franchise owner... who is practically non-existent, co-workers who openly discriminate and yell at junior employees, and don't wash their handswhen handling the produce. It's been 4 years and of course most of them are long gone, but after a recent visit I've noticedthat some of my colleagues are still there and haven't changed in the slightest. Subways is Subways, and so if you're lookingfor a quick sandwich this is an adequate location. But the employees here are yelled at and not treated well, while theconditions are highly unsanitary. Here is my review about Subway Saint-Charles Boulevard. This review is going to be broken down into 3 different categories:... Food, Customer Service & Presentation. Food: 4/5 The food tasted pretty good, However they were not very generous. CustomerService: 3/5 Coming into the restaurant, we were not greeted nor welcomed. They did not smile nor cherished us, kept a straightface and were at sometimes weird. The workers served us as fast as they could.
