Edit: We tried a few different types of pastries and two types of naan. They were all very tasty. Persian husband said the naan... was authentic though machine made. We will definitely come back and try more in the future. Read more

Lovely Persian bakery here in Kirkland. You can see a giant oven in the middle of the shop, with the aroma of fresh baked bread... wafting through the air. Meters of long, flat bread were hung out to dry like clothes on a line. Got Sangak (thin, chewy, sesame flavoured flatbread) and Sheermal (relatively thicker and sweet, bready) and a box of assorted cookies. Customer servicewas warm and welcoming. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helped answer any questions I had. Noticed someexcitement over boxes of sour cherries amongst the Iranian clientele. After a friendly banter, I was provided a sample totry. I read a few negative reviews about customer service and was a bit hesitant to go. Glad I decided to go and willdefinitely visit again. I am originally from Madras, India - but love trying various ethnic foods and flavours. Read more

If you haven't tried Iranian bread and pastry try this place. They have fresh bread that you can literally finish eating before... you get in your car because it's so delicious. And lots of different kinds of pastries. Medium size shop, with lots of spaceto move about, and friendly English speaking staff! There is lots of parking space, and we drive here often to get fresh bread, tea and their dry pastries. Read more
