This is the worst coffee shop in the Kirkland area. I have tried coffee from almost every shop here during my two week vacation,... and they were all great, except both locations of Caffe Ladro. The baristas at both were cold and impersonal. I was ignored atboth locations until I made myself known and asked about my order? I was greeted with an annoyed "Are the the one who justordered stuff?" I was given a quiche and burrito that were ice cold. And I do mean, literally out of the fridge. If I didn'thave a plane to catch, I would go back to the store and be throwing this trash back over the counter to demand a refund. This isthe worst food, service and coffee I've had anywhere in Washington and they're all from the same place. Get your life togetherBlondie! You need to go work for the DMV. I work right up the street so I used to come here often, as it was a nice local coffee shop with pretty good stuff, but the last... couple of times I?ve been there, has made me really not want to go back. It?s specifically because of an employee that worksthere, the blonde younger lady, on three separate occasions she has: 1. Stared at me from the back while talking to a coworkerwhile I?m clearly looking at her to get some help with the to-go order on the counter, to see if it?s indeed mine or someoneelse?s. 2. Cancelled my ritual order after it had gone all the way through, making me have to walk down after 10 minutes ofwaiting for the ?Order ready? text just to find out she cancelled it ?by accident? and having to re-order and wait another 10minutes. 3. The last straw was yesterday, tried to make a ritual order online when the store said ?busy? and unable to make anorder online so I walked down from my work to an empty store with this employee popping out the back saying ?You need to leavebecause I just got here and I?m not ready? which I replied with a chuckle because it was 10 o?clock and I thought she waskidding? which she just stared at me until I realized she wasn?t, so I asked when she would be ready and she replied with a ?ummidk 10 minutes?? I?m definitely going to suggest to people at my place of work to not go here, as I wouldn?t want someone havingthe same experience I had the last couple of times. Such a shame, since most of the other employees are super nice and helpful,but all it takes is one bad apple.. Honestly wish I could give less than 1 star. The place looked dirty and poorly managed. Didn?t feel too welcomed either, though... that?s not even the reason I felt the need to write this review. Ordered two matcha lattes, one hot and one iced. BOTH drinkswere extremely watered down and we could only taste the milk. The drinks were only a hint of green, obviously being stingy withtheir ?ceremonial grade? matcha. We went across the street and dumped out the drinks to recycle the cups so we could make somegood out of the experience. We had better expectations for this place because of the other reviews, highly disappointing and awaste of money. Biscotti wasn?t impressive. I am been there twice for TooGoodToGo orders. The first time is a wonderful experience, the waiter packed the order ahead, I... picked up in one second and there are 4 bread. It worths the amount it shows in TooGoodToGo?s app which is $12. Then after onemonth, today, I made a order again. The waitress didn?t pack the order at all before I came and only gave me 2 bread and 1cookie. So after I checked the pack, I went back to store asked her whether I should have $12 worth food. She said that?s allleft for today. I asked whether she should pack ahead or don?t sell it at TooGoodToGo if there is no left over. She answeredwith silence. And I asked her whether she can give me a drink as a make up. She said no with a very very bad attitude and saidthere is only less than $1 difference. Now I know why this store?s rating drop from 4.9 to 4.4 in just 1 month on TooGoodToGo. Read more
I love this place! Coffee was excellent and I loved that they had a vegan berry muffin choice for me and it was really good!... McKayla, the barista, was so kind, helpful, and patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted to drink. Cute environment aswell. There are seats outside of you can sit inside with vaccination records. Read more
Mocha wasn't my most favourite item..but hot chocolate was decent...friendly and attentive staff
