Derek is a fantastic manager! He is very compassionate and takes the time to get to know his frequent customers! He always... throws in a freebie to show that he really cares! I appreciate this lively spirit and he is a true 12th man, always supportiveof the Seahawks. I sometimes go out of my way to visit this location in Kirkland because of the great customer service. Myfavorite thing here is the new Spicy Grilled Chicken. I hope they keep it long term as it's an absolute hit. I always get wafflefries with it as well and in the summers, the peach shake is my absolute favorite! I love this place so much and the app alwaysgives me a reward for coming here so often! Read more

We went through the drive-thru and were greeted by an awesome employee. She was fun and so positive. Wish I got her name to send... the store a comment for her. As far as the food, I ordered 4 chicken strips. It's been a few years since I've been toChick-fil-A because I no longer live near one and I'm sure the dang things have shrunk to 1/2 their pervious size. But theflavor was still there. Would I go back? Yep sometimes you just need a fulfill a Chick-fil-A craving. Hope it's not another 2years. I never get a full order of fries. Even one of the employees acknowledged that other customers have complained about it. I am... not expecting the fries to be overflowing but it should not be half full. This is the only location where I experience this. Andit is happening every single time I go. There?s a big problem with whoever is fulfilling the orders. The label clearly indicates that the order wasn?t supposed to have... breaded chicken, but grilled chicken and no cheese.
