I wish I could provide a negative star rating to truly rate the pack of losers that work at this location!!! At approximately... 3:00 PM on Saturday (10/15/22), we were told along with all the others that were in line by the "kids" working this shift, thatthey were closing their store due to being understaffed? In addition, they said that they ran out of rice and chicken? Wecounted at least 5 or 6 kids working this shift. Recommendation to the owner - fire this entire shift! How can you get anyworse? At least if you don't open due to "lack of staff" you won't have to pay any wages! You will still have your fixedcosts, but you could at least save wages? Instead, you hire a pack of entitled candy losers that are making the decision to runyour restaurant into the ground! I'm done with Chipotle as this is not the first time I've seen this happen! Furthermore, whenmore fast food chains switch to robotics to replace the restaurant workers with zero work ethic, I will laugh at them as theybecome unemployed. This is the worst Chipotle location I have been to. There were no green pepper and onions (I was told they no longer offer it),... the chicken was not marinated consistently. They wouldn?t redeem my birthday free guacamole after I paid for my purchase. Theyare skimpy on ingredients as well. The lettuce was not fresh. It was turning brown. They wanted to charge me extra if I askedto have the beans on the side. I don?t like to put beans in my tacos since they make the taco shell soggy. Read more

Disappointed with today's order, hoping it's just a fluke. We ordered food for family coming in from out of town. One of our... burrito bowls was missing half the ingredients. Unfortunately we didn't know it until much later when Grammy decided to eat.Sorry it was so off. Read more

Consistently closed during posted hours, with no indication in the app or on Google Maps. I know the last few years have been... crazy, and I expect to pack my patience whenever I go out, but I can't meet a business halfway when they've been closed whenI've tried to eat there (during scheduled hours!) three times in a row. I'm glad I tried to walk over and order in person today,because based on the signs it looks like they took the money from mobile orders anyway. If Chipotle can't compete on wages andstay even partially staffed for the hours they advertise, they should stop advertising those hours. Read more

Sadly this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It?s the closest Chipotle to my house but I will start driving the extra... 10 minutes to go to another location. The past 5 times I have been here there has either been a 40 minute wait to order inperson or your mobile order is 30 minutes late. I understand that finding staff is hard for everybody but half the time thereare people in the kitchen area not doing anything and only one person making orders. I have gotten used to the orders taking awhile so I started taking that into account and placing mobile orders and coming 20 minutes later than it estimates and stillhaving to wait. They are also consistently out of ingredients which would be fine if the app let you know but most of the timeit doesn?t and your order will just omit things. Also mobile order portions are half of what you will get at other locations.Just do yourself a favor and get food somewhere else in Totem or go to another Chipotle location if you really want their food. Never mobile, online, or phone order to this location. They?ll use it as an opportunity to skimp on ingredients. Half the time... they won?t let you order in the store anyway. Your order will either be late by up to 15-60mins+ (cancelled an order beforebecause it was over an hour late), contain less than half servings of every ingredient, not have half the ingredients, or justflat out not your order. Avoid this location. I?ve never had even an on-par experience. I will no longer eat at this Chipotle. Read more

Avoid this location!!! Great example in the photo. The order on the left is what i saw when I I opened my online order. That is... UNACCEPTABLE food presentation. It looks like someone ate it. I took it back ask for it to be remade. They declined and told meto go on the app and get a refund. I then went to the Bellevue location which you can see on the right. Better service andpresentable food. They are out of items regularly and will just leave it out of your online order without saying anything. Thishappens I get it at some places, it will happen 90% of the time here. The staff is quite rude. Another time I went and waited 20minutes past the promised time for my order. I asked if it was still coming and the replies "we'll let you know when it'sready." No acknowledgment of the wait. Then they just placed my food in the wait station, no apology, no name call out.Nothing I never leave reviews but this place is consistently so poorly run and so bad it inspired me to spend time asking youto avoid this place until they get better management, better employees and make concentrated effort to be better. Most worst Chipotle location I've ever been. Always out of fajita veggies. Out of napkins. It's always dirty and unsanitary.... Look at pictures what I provide. The staff and management are completely unapologetic. If you not available run your businesssuccessfully just leave from this location. I think there are many others who want to run their business successfully in mybeautiful city Kirkland. Read more
