Amazingly flavorful sandwiches in a clean, modern space. All are made fresh and full of unique flavors. The bowls are great too... and there is a dedicated breakfast menu. Prices are definitely high but you get what you pay for. Very friendly and diversestaff. Read more
Let me preface this with the fact I've been coming to this location and ordering the exact same thing for 12 months (almost to... the day). I've wanted to leave a review forever but just passed off as things were always changing. I thought it would bringpositive impacts. I am giving the stars because the ingredients themselves are of great quality consistently. And the bread isalways perfect. This store has not only some of the worst customer service by those taking orders, but I lost count how manytimes the order has been wrong (after 10 incorrect orders stopped counting). Either ordered a whole chicken pesto and receivedhalf, or received the sandwich missing one of the various toppings or sides. Besides the service sucking. Literally, guys itsucks, and all you do is take an order. The sandwich is so inconsistently prepared there will be times there is almost no pestoand to much garlic aoli, sometimes all pesto no aoli. Sometimes no tomatoes and extra greens? I feel after enoughdisappointments, enough turnover, enough of the cashiers walking away mid order, and nobody saying hello or "what would you liketoday?" enough is enough is enough. Moving forward standardizing processes would greatly improve the stores effectiveness bothin customer service/satisfaction and waste. Putting a leader in place capable of managing people would greatly help withturnover. I will no longer be bringing my business here and will no longer be allowing takeout to be brought into my business bymy staff. I refuse to support such an establishment. Food was good but was very busy so no spots to sit and we had to order to go. Girl making bowls made the bowls before ours as we... watched and then went to take a break before making ours. So our wait was longer than expected. Ordering was quick and painlessand the food tasted fresh. Only gripe about this chain is that the bowls and options are healthy but the calorie count is stillquite high. 800 calorie for a grass fed steak bowl. You can also order online and then pick up if you like. Overall a healthieralternative but beware of the calories because it could be more than a jimmy johns sandwich. Read more
I came here on Sunday at 11am and had an excellent sandwich. Not super cheap but reasonable I think. I waited maybe 5... minutes. The place isn't really cozy but that's not really what one is looking for when going in such a place. Read more
