Went through the drive-thru. The speed of service needs some improvement.
I think that you should be aware that your location has the RUDEST, SLOWEST people this evening. The young man with the curly... hair and peeling nail polish was rude to children and adults alike. Slamming food and beverages on the counter. We realize it isa high stress job and often times when it gets busy it might be a challenge. We stopped in for our dog's favorite meal, ChickenMcnuggets and an ice cream cone. Simple, right??? 30 minutes later we were still waiting for her order and everyone else waswaiting too. It was the lack of communication and the actual rudeness of the staff. Not to mention, you have your assistantmanager literally dancing around handing out orders and neglecting to help the rest of her crew. This is a systems and trainingissue on your part as an owner. I do hope you take this serious and address the issues BEFORE you lose business. Kirkland is asmall community and we all talk..... It is no wonder this location has a rating of 2.2 stars on Facebook, apparently someone wasfeeling generous! SUPER DISAPPOINTING! Read more
I want to start by saying that the staff was working very hard, but the orders in the dining room were almost completely ignored... by the employees. (One young man was working off the clock during his lunch to get dining room folks their food.) Simple orderstook more than 30 minutes to fill and were done wrong. (Someone was waiting for 30 minutes before us for just a large fry.) Mychild was in tears on the way home between the 30 minute wait for a happy meal and then it had the wrong food. The manager wasnot in sight anywhere trying to manage the chaos. This store has employees that care, but they were totally mismanaged tonight.We will not be returning. Read more
This is a nice looking McD. The dining room is also modern and roomy. But the service is probably one of the worst. I placed an... online order in advance. My experiences at other McD locations says I should get my simple order very quickly. It turns out thatthey made me wait a good 10 minutes while there's really no other customers at the time of around 10:15AM. I saw a bunch seemlyunhappy workers. There were no smiles, running around in the kitchen confused. While waiting, I saw another customer came inbecause her drive-through order was all messed up. Later another customer came in with problem with his order too. Looks likethere's management problems here. Read more
First of all, the people who worked 06/24 evening shift ( around 7pm, maybe a little bit later) are awesome. They were super... nice, polite and prepared my order as quickly as possible. I had some issues with my app, but they waited patiently and helpedme to figure out the reason. I wish they would get well paid or find a better place to work, as they deserve a 5* restaurantposition ( If they plan to stay in customer service). The food was fresh and tasty. You don't have high expectations, as it's afast food on the go, but this place left only a positive impression. Read more
Hardly write a review - but this is a seriously understaffed McD's with some trouble getting all the items in the bag (not big... orders either). Been coming here for over a year, since I live local and it seems quick and easy, but I've lost an estimated$50+ in missing items in that time, which is just unacceptable. Not coming back this time; line is often full of deliverydrivers (and just Costco traffic) who lay on the horn far too much for a drive through in a suburb and try to cut in the doubleline - which just messes up the orders on the back end. The staff suffers through it, and rushes, and as a result, the regularcustomers do too. Read more
I come here before work for lunch fairly often and recently I?ve noticed a huge change in the employees! People look happy and... upbeat everytime I?m here. The manager that wears the gorgeous head wraps is absolutely awesome at their job! Whoever the new GMis, is doing an amazing job with this team. Read more
I bought a burger and fries. But it was 30 minutes before closing. They put the leftover fries for me. They were cold.... Apparently they didn?t want to cook me a new one. Please take care of it! Read more
