Their calamari is a must! We came here for Seattle restaurant week menu only found out they did not have the scallop. We end... up ordering right from the menu and it turned out to be amazing. Their calamari appetizer it so good that i almost take anotherorder to take with me home. We also ordered clam linguini and the boar, and they both tastes pretty good. The only drawback iswe came during the happy hour but unable to order HH drinks from the bar and to take it back to our table because we have aninfant. Read more

Such a delight. Scrumptious food. We had the shrimp fettuccine. Lobster ravioli was a bit well done that it made it chewy but... still yummy. Lobster bisque was the standout. Service was quick and welcoming. Read more

Girlfriend and I came here from Lacey. The food and service were excellent, very elegant atmosphere. The pricing is very fair... too for how good the food is! We had a meal with two drinks for little over $80. It is now my favorite place to eat in Bellevue Read more

Food: 4/5 Very few but great vegetarian options. We ordered beet salad, vegan linguine and veges, blood orange soda and... clementine sparkle. Everything was delicious. The pasta was full of veges and very flavorful. The salad also had a great textureand mix of sweet and juicy flavours. Not a perfect 5 only because the pasta felt like a mixture and didn’t blend together buttasty nevertheless. Ambiance: 5/5 Classy fine dining ambiance! Service: 5/5 The server was very nice and friendly and came tocheck in once a while. Value: 4/5 Spent around $35 pp which is quite reasonable for a fine dining place. Return? Yes - sadlythey have limited vege options but would come back for the same meal. Read more

Solid 4.2 here for dinner during a stormy Sat eve. Good ambiance, excellent service (sorry don't recall her name), good... drinks/wine selection. Lamb shank on polenta was truly excellent, stroganoff on fettuccine fairly good taste tho beef tougherthan expected. Beets salad a winner too, as always. Upper/mid prices, good value for a place that still offers real clothnapkins (no tablecloth tho, and I'm ok with not adding to the laundry carbon footprint, so just give me very good quality papernapkins). We'll be back to try the boar and halibut. Read more

I was taking my daughter out for dinner and picked Volterra as a higher end Italian restaurant that was actually recommended by... Racheal Ray. The dining space was a little on the small side and felt slightly cramped especially with proper distancing, butbeyond that it was amazing. The staff was friendly and worked hard to give you the best service. The food was beyondexcellent. Before you even order drinks they rush out half a loaf of sliced hot Italian bread with olive oil and seasonings tohave it with. The appetizer meat and cheese plate was the best tasting cuts, and cheese olives. We both agreed on and had theDungeness crab ravioli. It was perfect! Filled with a lot of fresh tasting crab, made with hand made organic pasta and coveredwith a sauce that made the whole dish heavenly. We shared a chocolate dessert with vanilla gelato and hot fudge sauce on theinside. Yummy! It is about $80 to $100 for two people but well worth it for special occasions and if you love really goodItalian food. Read more
