All the staff was exceptional kind and polite. Sanitized every time of the day/evening, nice to see this happening.
It's pretty consistently McDonald's. If you like that you'll like it. If you don't, then I'm sure you won't. Service was a bit... on the slow side, but I don't really blame the restaurant. Labour shortages right now are making everyone slow since nobodywants to work these kinds of jobs. They're doing the best they can with what they have. Read more

I don't really want to publicly out them but I spent 40 minutes waiting for a mobile order this morning. Majority of the order... was just coffee. This isn't necessarily a stop you can do on your way to work. Read more

They are so slow, they dont even to there job I was standing there for over 2 mins and they just looked at me. there was 1 other... dude in the store. The girl working that night looked like she had somthing against me (PS I dont even know her) Worst Mc's inall of canada. -100 stars!! Read more

As with most places in Kirkland lake it has friendly staff and is very clean they also have great quality control so they aren't... putting out bad food it's always consistently good Read more

The employee said they were just waiting on the fries, while the couple in the front evidently were flirting with each other.... When I received the food, my receipt was not the correct one. I ordered take in, but they gave me a takeout bag provided with nonapkins and a very messy saucy burger. The fries were very undercooked also. ???? Read more

Arrived at 05:59. Waited for at least 5 min for a hash brown. Coffee was Luke warm. Staff was friendly though

7:55 went through the drive through it was completely empty. Food took longer than normal. Ordered waffle fries with both orders... which is an upsell. We received regular fries with 2 waffle fries in each order. The burger was not as ordered and the chickenwrap wasn?t wrapped fell open upon taking it out of the wrapper. McDonald?s in general need to up their game. This isn?t aproblem at specific locations it?s a problem at all locations. Very disappointed.???? Read more
