The manager is very rude. Order curbside and it was saying I'm not there when I was. I go inside and let the manager know and... she gets a nasty attitude telling me it's not her fault I'm to stupid to use the app and not her job to teach me. Left and neverwill go back. I was disappointed with the inside. We had not been inside to eat since before Covid. There were no napkins, no ketchup, no... ketchup ups, and only one person taking orders. I was interrupted a few times while trying to place my order so she could takethr drive thru order at the same time. They need to hire more help. Read more
Fries had no salt, chicken nuggets were old, Mcchicken was not well made
This had to be the best McDonald's we have been to. Very impressed with their customer service. First McDonald's that brought... all orders to the customers at their tables. Fast and hot, too! Their service rivals any Chick-fil-A we have been in. Read more

Lady I assume was a manager told us order our waters at menu board next time because I ordered at window. I said sorry I forgot... to, I had just left a funeral. sorry If I inconvenienced you doing your job. We didn't get the big mac and fry we ordered (ATTHE MENU BOARD) when we asked her about it, she immediately replied you didn't pay for those items, looked at receipt, theyfailed to charge us for what WE ORDERED AT MENU BOARD..she said you can go back thru the drive thru... we said no, we'll justleave and won't be back. When you ask for no ice you get half a coffee and still pay full price. McDonald?s corp says it?s wrong should of been filled... manager says that?s what you get when you say no ice. Seem like they are cheating the customers. Wont be getting coffee hereanymore and probably nothing else as well. Read more
