Years ago Sonic was good but the last two times we have been there have been ridiculously poor. They can't get the orders right... even though we repeated it twice to be sure they had it correct. The girl who repeated the order back to us spoke so fast thatwe could not even understand what she was saying and then she immediately cut off the mic so that we couldn't talk to her. Isent back my drink because it wasn't made the way it has always been made there and every other Sonic)and the CarHop argued thatit had always been made this way. She brought me another drink but it still wasn't made correctly. I've been ordering the samedrink for many many years and I know how it's supposed to be made. They got my husband's Burger order incorrect. He wanted anumber two combo with lettuce mustard and ketchup only and they gave him a number one combo. The last time was the same thingand the manager sent me a message apologizing but I see nothing has changed so that's our last trip there. Read more
Don't get alot of deals on app, but still like the way the app funcions and you always have 50% off drinks. When you order, it... seems to take almost 15 min. to get it. They have messed the app orders up a few times, but they were friendly about it. Read more

We went on 50 cent corn dog day wow wasn't disappointed in the food but waited over 22 mins for 1 corn dog and a small water.
We went here to get " fast " food. After 45 minutes of sitting and watching the one car hop run out with trays of drinks, over... and over, cars that were there after us. Everything that was brought out was ice cream or drinks. We got to wondering if theywere ever gonna cook, a hamburger, small tot and a small mozzarella stick. We buzzed and asked, they said they were working onit. 50 minutes and counting here comes our food. They forgot the ranch and the food was ice cold we called to tell them thatthe food was cold and the response was "uh sorry" needless to say we threw $12,00 in the trash and went to Aldi next door to buysnacks.wont be going back to this Sonic for a long time if ever. Very disappointed! Ordered tenderloin and onion rings. After order was completed with Sadie, saw fries pop up on screen. Called... her back and asked if my order was with onion rings, she said yes! When I got the order, it was lukewarm, tough fries! I calledback in and she said order had gone in wrong and nothing they could do unless I just ordered an order of onion rings and payfull price for them!????Not a happy person!!! Read more
Everytime I come here it takes over 20 mins just to get my order taken. I have had them take countless other peoples orders... before mine that arrive after me. Most times I have to end up ordering on the app and waiting an extra 20 mins for my order. Read more
