I wanted a classic blt but couldn't find one on the menu, I ordered the crispy chicken BLT with no chicken cheese or mayo,... instead of charging me for a 4-5$ sandwich they rang up each ingredient individually and it was only 1.95! I ordered a burger on doordash and there was a section that said 'select to remove' so I thought that if I selected any of the... icons that I would be removing them from the burger. The icons included everything on the burger so I hadn't selectedanything. My food arrives and I receive just a bun in a wrapper. I call the store and they justify their decision by sayingthat I selected it that way. I ask if I can just go to the restaurant (which is all the way across town for me and completelydefeated the purpose of using doordash at all) and get another burger and they agree. They do not offer to give me anything elseor apologize. I get to the store very shortly and the employees act like I hadn't called at all and didn't know what I wastalking about except for the plain bun. They then justify the decision of giving me just a bun once again even though I was justwanting another burger. I think it is fairly obvious to anyone that absolutely nobody would order just a bun and I have adifficult time understanding why they thought it was acceptable. The cashier shows my receipt to a cook to get another burgerand I am laughed at as he looks right at me. I ordered more food and they once again do not offer any kind of discount orcompensation. This Wendy's is nice. The people are great and the food was just right and came out in a good amount of time. I ate salad her... twice and there were only a few pieces of wilted lettuce. Read more
Upon walking in, a couple of the employees recognized me and greeted me by name. They promply took my order and made sure... everything was fresh. Michael, Kim, and Faith are great employees and did a great job. Read more
We went about a little after noon and we figured it would be busy but waiting 30+ minutes for food that was nasty wasn't worth... it. Plus the floors were sticky, tables were filthy and while the manager was great and doing what he could the cashier wouldn'teven let me scan my Wendy's account to use a coupon. On top of that a lady 3 or 4 people before us ordered two small frostys.We ordered one with our meal and got ours while the worker told her it would be five more minutes after we got ours.
