Took a friend of mine out for Veterans Day and they were able to accommodate his Friday Catholic meal specifics. He had the... Black Bean burger. I didn't think it would be worthwhile but it worked for him. I had the Just Bacon Burger with the fries.Asked for extra tomatoes and that posed no problem. Signed up for the app and was able to get the salsa and chips during mymeal. The server named Judy was very attentive and helped guide me through the payment transaction process. First time dining ata Chili's that I can remember. My friend and I both agreed that it was a positive experience regardless of the Veterans Dayoffer. I will consider coming back in the near future. Our food was very good & our server was very friendly /sweet but, she didn't clear our dishes.... We had used / dirty dishes in... front of us the whole time we were there...We saw used straws on the floor in different areas that was never picked up..Themirror by our booth was dirty & had greasy finger prints on it...Fortunately we enjoyed our food & will return. This was one of my favorite places. However, after this experience no. The restaurant was empty, a patron and his two children... were seated in front of us but we were told it would be twenty minutes before we were so. We were shocked because there wereprobably only about five tables being used.in the whole restaurant. Read more
Food was good and the service was great! I did have to send back my steak to be cooked a little longer as I had asked for medium... but it was more of a medium rare. Staff happily took it right back and returned it a few minutes later perfectly cooked. Read more
The food was great, the margarita chicken was so good! The salsa was runny and bland. The floors were so sticky our shoes kept... sticking to them. The bathroom needed to be scrubbed down really good. Read more
Televisions were very loud. Nearly empty at 3pm, so no wait for my table or food. Rambling menu has something for everyone... or... is a huge pile of compromises with no focus. Food was excellent, busy but not crowded. Service was excellent, the waitress was a real professional. She knew the menu by... heart and was ready to make dining suggestions as needed. She was quite busy, but always ready at each table, ready when wewere. Drinks filled, empty plates removed. The sort of service you'd expect at a much pricier restaurant.
