I came to share my experience but I won?t go into much detail, as you can see this location already has horrible reviews. But I... will say that I got almost every single option for my bowl and it was still only half full. I just want you to know if this isthe standard or a one time exception? If it is the standard that?s fine but I will never be going to this Chipotleagain. Thanks! Would love to hear an answer. Read more

12:15pm on a Saturday, store has no drive through, inside dining only, yet the store is closed and they are only accepting... online orders. Chipotle just needs to close this one down. Read more

I used to be a regular here, but over the last 2 years this place has taken a NOSEDIVE. I was forgiving for a while, but now it... is inexcusable. Sort all the ratings by "newest" on Google, and I promise you'll be happier you ate somewhere else. Most of thetime, you can't enter the building because the employees lock the doors to keep people out. No reason, probably just so theydon't have to clean. They force you to order online a majority of the time I go, but I don't trust them anymore. I simply leaveif I cannot order in person because I refuse to waste my time waiting for pathetic meal portions and a wrong order. I've orderedfor "ASAP" while standing outside and it's taken 45 minutes. Other times, I CANT order online and I show up to find that I haveto re-order in person. I literally never know when I can order in person or in the app. Do you want to order at 1PM so you canpick up at 2PM? It might be ready at 2:15 or 3PM, but it certainly wont be on time. There is a solid chance your order will bewrong, too. They might close early, or they might stay open until advertised closing time, but that's a guessing game YOU getto play. I've seen it all, and tonight was the final reason to why I will never return here. Not a single other Chipotle in theSt Louis area is as bad as this, and they all deserve my money more than this location. Read more

Always very friendly staff there and get in and out with barely no problems depending on how busy it is. Only one thing do not... like you cannot order extra tortillas on the app. Most of the time it varies between chipotle stores. Read more

This place has just gone completely downhill. Used to have employees that worked well. Know they worth at a sloths pace. Waited... in line over 35 minutes. Lady at register just standing there instead of helping the guy on the line. Other chipolte locationshave the register person finish the toppings while the other person gets people started. Instead the lady at register seespeople getting restless and does nothing but stand and wait. Must be nice. When I finally was able to order, i was extremelypolite and respectful but the employees made me feel like a burden. I said I wouldn't come back because the quality herecompared to others but now the employees don't even make up for it. Read more

I really don?t like giving 1 stars but my goodness, this place was horrific. Not only was it disgusting with trash cans... overflowing, but there was food all over the ground in the kitchen, on the prep area, and on the tables. The service was so, soslow and there was no sense of urgency to move the line any quicker. The doors facing the parking lot were also locked from theoutside which was strange. There were large catering boxes on tables half filled with food. I felt bad for whoever ordered thatbecause they definitely weren?t going to get warm food? and hopefully they didn?t get sick from it sitting out so long. By farthe worst chipotle experience my family has ever had. The owner and/or manager needs to conduct some serious training withtheir staff. Read more

I normally don?t like to post reviews but this was unacceptable. I understand the times we?re in and some places are short... staffed. This wasn?t the case. It was several worker inside, some eating some cleaning with this sign on the door. I?m all forworkers getting a break. The sign didn?t say what time they went on ?break? so no way to tell how long we would have towait. When they opened the door and we approached the line? Black beans were bone dry. Meat looked mushy, and out of whiterice. That was enough for me to no want to place an order. If a break was taken, the line should have been replaced with freshfood and ingredients before reopening. I?m really not sure how this location manages to be a complete disaster so often. This was our order tonight. Take a look! The... dining room itself was closed (another thing that happens frequently for seemingly no reason), so IMO, there is really no excuseto get to so, so wrong. There was no chaos from an overwhelming number of customers in store. There weren?t even people AT thestore waiting for their order. It?s like they just really truly don?t care about quality control or customer experience at thislocation. I have resisted the urge to write bad review for this location SO many times over the last two years because I get it,there is a staffing crisis and times are tough. But look, this place was STAFFED tonight. The dining room was closed. They justdon?t care. And, this isn?t the first time. It happens so frequently. Read the other reviews. One of my other favorite thingswas when I walked in to employees on the line literally mocking the customers waiting on their orders outside, like I wasn?talso a customer who could hear it happening. There are a couple of employees here who are consistently kind and try.. and tothem, I?m sorry to loop them into this novel. Read more
