Terrible customer service. I've Lived at Dougherty Ferry and Big Bend my whole life. When I come to this bar, I get horrible... customer service every single time. You ask what beers are on draft and they point to the beers with their back turned towardsyou without a word. If you aren't sure what you want, you get a sigh and roll of the eyes for bothering them. This place is a dump. First let's start with that smoking is still allowed inside. This isn't specifically a detractor, but it's... worth noting since it's probably 1 of places left in st Louis where you can smoke indoors. $80 worth of chicken wings that were ordered extra crispy but came out nearly raw. There was no crispiness on them whatsoever.... This is not the first time this has happened. When told about the chicken wings, we were told ?we cooked them for 15 minutes.?How about not charging full price for gooey wings? It?s called good customer service. We now have to bake them in the oven athome. The reason why people eat out is so they don?t have to cook and clean up themselves. Disappointed. To your response: Whatyou stated is untrue. We left more than a 9% tip, double check your math. We told her they were raw before they were eaten. Iguess that?s why we needed 4 to go boxes... because we ate all the wings before we told her about them? Also, she admitted thatthe wings were not cooked properly by saying the fryers were probably overstuffed. A free $3 salad is a great way to compensatefor $80 (a complete total of $116) wings that had to be taken home and cooked! Thanks! We asked for sauce so that we couldfinish cooking them at home! If it would have been handled properly, there would be no complaint on here whatsoever. She shouldhave properly handled this by speaking to her manager. But then again, she probably knew you would do nothing about it. Onceagain this is not the first time this has happened, we have let it go in the past. This is a pretty nice bar. Great drink selection. Decent amount of pool tables and dart boards. An assortment of games. Very... spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Outside patio and great food! I recommend anyone in the are to stop in and check it out. Read more
