You guys have the worst phone service I think I?ve ever experienced. Why can?t I call the store directly? Now I haven't been to the Bread in a long time, but I was sad to find out that it didn't have ham and cheese sandwiches anymore.... Also, there wasn't much bakery goods as what I was used to. But the food was still good though, and the lady who took ourorders was very attentive. Read more
Sorry, but this place is not run right at all, they got my order wrong, and still messed up, what you say, when you get your... order messed up is not true, the employees need to pay attention a lot more, there was a few orders messed up before me, I willnot ever go to Kirkwood bread company anymore, there can be more improvement's at each store, Please pay attention to what weorder, and make sure you have all we asked for in our orders. Ordered 2 Madagascar Vanilla Cold Brews and a bagel for delivery. One didn't have any Vanilla added. When I called the Staff... member was very helpful. She refund my order and remade it(I even brought them a photo of how it's been made in the past forreference) they didn't get an attitude and also gave me a cookie for the inconvenience.
