Horrible customer service. Ragan did not acknowledge or look at me when I entered. I waited for an additional 15 mins.
Staff is always courteous. Never had a problem with ordering or any delays in getting my order.
Pizzas need more tomato sauce, I don't like my cookie brownie burnt, would like the staff to enter my rewards points to my... account and stop being so lazy to do it. I've never encountered a Dominos where they don't enter your rewards points for a freepizza and tell you to enter it yourself. Try to take baby steps on doing the right things for your customers. Your typical pizza joint. Pizza, hot subs, wings, salad, couple pasta selections and Pepsi products. Nothing spectacular about... this particular location but it gets busy for it's small hole in the wall. 3 dining tables with 6 chairs. For "hot" out of theoven, it doesn't seem hot at all, no steam or bubbly cheese. Equivalent to fast food joints with pizza and pasta. Wings were thehighlight, that's steaming HOT!!
