Horrible customer service. Ragan did not acknowledge or look at me when I entered. I waited for an additional 15 mins.
Staff is always courteous. Never had a problem with ordering or any delays in getting my order.
Pizzas need more tomato sauce, I don't like my cookie brownie burnt, would like the staff to enter my rewards points to my... account and stop being so lazy to do it. I've never encountered a Dominos where they don't enter your rewards points for a freepizza and tell you to enter it yourself. Try to take baby steps on doing the right things for your customers. Your typical pizza joint. Pizza, hot subs, wings, salad, couple pasta selections and Pepsi products. Nothing spectacular about... this particular location but it gets busy for it's small hole in the wall. 3 dining tables with 6 chairs. For "hot" out of theoven, it doesn't seem hot at all, no steam or bubbly cheese. Equivalent to fast food joints with pizza and pasta. Wings were thehighlight, that's steaming HOT!! Very Bad crew on tonight. Hope you don?t need your order delivered on time or for them to be truthful about it being... delivered. Tried to call and never could get through. Drove up to get it after 10 minutes of it saying it was delivered and thedriver was just leaving with the order. I will be calling my orders in instead of online so I can know who the Manager is andwho?s working. You should be ashamed of yourself and never work in a public place. We have always loved our local domino?s until today. Customer service was horrible. The order taker quoted us a special then... when we stated we would like said special. She asked to put me on hold and we could hear her asking if the special was stillavailable. She then said it was not. When we asked to speak to the manager he said he couldn?t give us said special. But wemight be able to get it online and they would cover the delivery fees. When we did finally choose to try that they did not standby their word of waving the delivery fees. I was very impressed with the quality of our pizzas. I am so picky, but my Bestie wanted pizza, so I took a chance on ordering... from Domino's. I am very happy I did. They were cooked perfectly, the distribution of toppings was awesome!!! The delivery wasprompt, courteous and followed the directions to my house. I will continue to patronize this pizza joint again.
