I'm a huge Subway lover and I have been to many different Subway locations. This one is probably one of the worst. The food has... always been satisfactory to an extent but the service on the other hand is usually very dissatisfying. It seems to be thislocation's goal to hire the rudest people they can find, I have had myself treated poorly, and I have watched many other patronsalso be treated very poorly simply for existing in the store. There's another Subway location just down the hill, a couple milesaway, and I would much rather drive a little further to be treated nicely. Skip this location and go to the location thatprovides good service and friendliness. Read more
Staff need to be friendly to the new hire .. felt bad for the young lady that was being trained...they didn't know how to train... her...they just visited in the back will the new clerk training her self.... Read more
Those were the nicest Subway employees I've ever met. Quick and courteous.
Had an online order and went through the pick up window and the girl gave us our sandwiches only, no drinks and no chips (I... ordered it)waited a while but they went back to helping inside people then had to actually go inside and grab our own chips andwait for the cups for our own drinks. I understand they were busy but when I got inside they ignored me as I was standing by theregister with my email confirmation just waiting for the cups. I routinely order from this subway. I have always had a great experience. However, on my last visit i was ignored for 7 minutes... and finally had to ask if they were open. They said they were and continued to prepare bread to be placed in the oven. After 10minutes I was able to order, but was told they didnt have the bread I requested or any steak. I understand that businesses runout of stuff but this location had just barely opened. Very disappointed. Not sure I will use this subway again based on thisexperience. Read more
Absolutely great staff!! They were slammed when I went in and yet they had everyone taking care of in just minutes!! Also... definitely one of cleanest ones I?ve seen in awhile!! No mixed up containers, no droppings all over the counter!! Great jobladies!!!! Read more
This location was a bit slow. Of course I love me some Subway. From the all American, meatball sandwich, and the chicken ranch... to the cold cut trio. The cheddar broccoli soup is great and the salads are good. Read more
Workers here are rude. They act like you are an inconvenience to them. They don?t greet you and couldn?t be asked to smile.
