I was excited to have a shawarma, I already had an expectation as it wasn?t my first time being a customer to them. Staff was... pleasant, however I had requested a shawarma but in a plate. This was done for me my very first time visiting the truck over thespring. When I was handed an actual shawarma, I asked about the plate. The woman came to the window and was adamant that ?ashawarma plate doesn?t exist, that?s a Beirut plate? no ma?am. I kept calm, and I explained to her what I was looking for, a mixof chicken and beef with all the ingredients in a shawarma instead of in bread over a base of rice and lettuce, etc. Shecontinued to tell me I was wrong. She made my order over and it still wasnt what I was given my first visit to them, nor was itwhat I have ever had before. I frequently ordered shawarma plates up north before moving to FL. I appreciate the staff hearingme out and attempting to fix the problem, but I wouldn?t be a returning client again. To make the customer feel as if theydidn?t know what they were speaking of, and just saying ?it doesn?t exist? was an improper way to handle the situation. I waspleasant and kept my composure, and didn?t speak over anyone as they tried understanding what I was seeking however still atthe second attempt, all components of this ?shawarma plate? was all divided instead of the layers as it should be.. I?d alsoagree with other reviewers regarding pricing for the portion, just over $18 was certainly overpriced. Beef was tough and lackedflavor. People come from all places with different experiences, I suggest you familiarize what the customer may be requestingbefore making them feel humiliated around a large crowd. But I thank you for trying. Read more

Almost $40 for a falafel wrap, chicken shawarma and one drink. The food took over 30 minutes, and was not very good. My falafel... was extremely bland and mushy. Read more

We?ve eaten from this truck b4 and LOVED it!!!! But after tonight we will never go back. $35 for 2 falafel wraps with no sides... (and we asked to add a side of fries and he said we couldn?t do that) and a 5pc grape leaves. The wraps were completelydifferent than the last time. Barley any lettuce or tomatoes and SUPER DRY!!!!!! I couldn?t finish mine cause it was so dry andthe falafel pieces tasted very salty?. We were so disappointed!!!!! Read more

The more expensive shawarma I?d ever had in my life. This people got mad with the prices. I ordered One shawarma (1 sharwarma)... with fries for $24.00 OMG! I thought it was worthy but it was very thin, with almost nothing inside, like if it was sprayed!Seriously! More bread than anything else, btw, tasteless and too expensive. I do not recommend it. Terrible! Read more
