Your employee working 9/4 at 4:00pm was rude. I asked her for a large. She asked if i wanted 2 flavors or just 1 i said oh let... me have 2. She proceeded to serve me when she was handing me the large cup i said. Can i have a lid then she rolled her eyes asif i was wrong for asking . So i laughed and asked her am i annoying you and she said yes. I said how come and she didn?tanswer. I?m someone that?s not gon to react in person cause maybe she having a hard day. But i literally walked to my carprocessing what i had done to annoying her when the only interaction and words we had was what i stated above. As a manager of40 employees u wouldn?t tolerate that in my business establishment. I hope that she fixes her attitude and treats the next withrespect. Read more

We ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. Got a confirmation email. Show up on the day of the birthday to pickup the cake... and they don't have it. They said they did not get the order and they will call to confirm the order when they get them. Thiswas our 1st time ordering and nowhere did it say we would get a confirmation call. We showed her the email confirmation and wastold that happens sometimes. Didn't get an apology, no offer of anything to help or make it up. They just don't care.
