Delicious BBQ! Ribs were moist and fall-off-the bone tender, brisket melts in your mouth, pulled pork was a tad dry but very... tasty, pulled chicken was good too. Sweet potato fries were delicious, crunchy on the outside, soft inside and waffle cut.French fries were even outstanding. Sweet tea was a true southern sweet tea. We loved this restaurant so much that we ate dinner here 2 days in a row.. I had pulled pork. My husband ate ribs. Among the... sides we tried were potato salad, green beans, sweet potato fries, fried okra, fries, and baked beans. Everything was deliciousand the servers were great. Read a lot about this place and decided to check it out. Decided to have the Sampler to be able to get a good view of what they... do. First the sides. I had the Macaroni and cheese which was a blend of Monterey Jack and a couple of other cheeses, it wasn'tanything special. The greens were mixed with some chopped onions and small amount of vinegar which made it pretty generic. Thebest of the sides were the baked beans, made with a thick sauce and just right amount of sweetness, I would probably smoke themto get a better flavor. On to the meats. You get a sampling of chicken, pork, brisket and a rib. All smoked with hickory and oakwoods. All were nice and moist with a very slight flavor to it. The star of the show had to be the burnt ends though, they wereoff the chart.Flavorful and super tasty. My server was Ike and he was all over it, explaining the menu and do refillsappropriately.
