They were not busy. 1-2 o'clock. 1 or 2 tables with customers already seated. Ordered chicken Alfredo and found a table. Then... delivered my order to people who came in after me. So, of course, I got their order. Just takes a little bit longer. Chicken isbaked with skin on. Poured Alfredo sauce over skin. Served in plastic tray. My hometown location has closed so I was excited to see a location in the city I was vacationing in. Was out of all chicken... option except for orginal white quarter. The sides taste as if they'd been sitting all day. Very disappointed in the quality offood I received. Read more
Hard no. I absolutely love Boston Market and enjoy the other locations in central Orlando. This Boston Market in Kissimmee has... to be the worst location the company has. The upkeep inside and outside is horrible and needs help. They are always out ofsomething and always closing early. Hire better staff! Send some managers over for help. I placed an online order and I gotthere a little after time to pick it up and they said they don?t get those online orders all the time. This isn?t the first timeeither! Somebody help this location. I stopped by Monday evening to get dinner. I had to wait in drive through line for over 20 minutes with 2 vehicles in front of... me. The dinning room was not busy at all. It seen excessive. Also I asked twice for mashed potatoes and gravy, and they did notgive me the gravy. I purchased a meal for 3 (chicken). It comes with 3 large sides. I got mashed potatoes with gravy, garlicdill potatoes, and sweet potatoes casserole ???? Overall: the food taste great. I have had lunch at this location multipletimes, and the service has been good. Also I have purchased dinner here before and the service has been good. I'm not sure whythey took longer this time if they did not appear be busy. On a positive note, I had a rewards on my email from being a rewardsmember. I was having a problem getting the code to populate on my phone but the gentleman at the window gave me a discountanyway after I showed him my phone. That was a good customer service. I have been coming to this Boston Market since 2009 and I have nothing bad to say, they have treated me well at the drive thru... everytime. The food is delicious, you can taste the flavor of the rotisserie and the chicken is always juicy never dry. I feel Iget my money's worth here, I love the portion size. Read more
Food was good wish the portion was bigger, didn't like the meatloaf wish it had green peppers and celery. Customer svr was good... just wished that the server didn't have to handle our foods without gloves and leaning over my food with a dirty apron. Thechocolate cake was awesome. Read more
The food was tasty. The kitchen looked clean but for some strange reason, the dining area was dark. No lights on. Service was... fine. You buy at the counter, get your food and pick a seat to eat. There is no ambiance. Portions have shrunk considerablyfrom past years. The food is salty but I do love the flavors, so I will go back. They ran out of several of the items I wantedto order, but they had alternatives that satisfied me. Read more
