Worse service in the area. Better wings elsewhere. Don?t bother calling to place orders, don?t answer and if they do you?ll be... on hold and forgotten. Look at your receipt for take out. They auto apply a 10% tip in addition to a ?take out? fee. I wouldn?thave an issue with these fees if the service was reasonable. Never coming back. Read more
I was not happy about waiting an hour and 10 minutes to get my delivery but then is was almost 20 minutes late, my foods cold... and dried up and my wife did not receive her honey BBQ sauce on the side. The worst costumer service of all Buffa Wilds. No one at the host station. Suddenly after 5 minutes the lady sitting next to the... host it was the ?Host? What you what! Was her welcoming. I realize that there?s a nation wide staffing shortage and other issues but this is unacceptable. I tried calling but no one... answered. There?s no reason why a cook in the kitchen should send this out, and the to go staff ?check it? and something thisabysmal still make it to the customer. I have a very simple standard. If you wouldn?t eat it, don?t give it to someone else toeat. And let it be known, this is a kids meal. Your location thinks it?s acceptable to serve this to a kid. Haven?t said this inyears but, way to fail. It?s also disappointing that we are not tourists that you can disappoint for this one meal and no biggiebecause they aren?t part of your local customer base. Well bad news for you, we are locals. Our waitress was good.. but when we got there we were told there was no ice luckily ice did arrive but the sodas were flat... still.. my chicken on my buffalo chicken wrap was ok the onion rings were horrible.. I don't like they had no healthy optionsfor sides as well.. I feel everything was over priced.. we got up and got our own straw's for our drink's.. had to sanitize ourdaughters high chair because it was super sticky.. Waiter Auston was friendly and helpful. $3 tall house beer. Brisket burger is full of flavor, Buffalo Cauliflower was good.... Boneless wings were a bit hard and not tossed thoroughly in sauce. Satellite TV's lose signal during storms. Read more
